Where do I find my travel documents?
When you book a flight, your contract documents for your transportation will be issued within the following 48 hours after we receive your reservation.
Important! You will always receive contract documents only after receipt of payment.
The contract document for your transportation is an electronic air ticket.
You will receive a 13-digit number for each passenger. The first three numbers determine the airline responsible for proper transportation and the subsequent contract of carriage.
A list of the most important airline codes can be found here:
The E-Ticket number will be provided in an invoice with your booking order.
Please always check the flight schedule and passenger name on the invoice to avoid future complications.
Important! Check your E-mail inbox as well as your Junk Mail folder for mail from ABC Travel Service.
For your departure day, all you need is this 13-digit ticket number and your identification documents to verify your contract / transportation at the check in counter.
You can also Check In online via the portal of the respective airline the day before your departure.
You will receive the first paper document at the airport in the form of your boarding pass.
This document, too, can now be downloaded digitally to a personal device.
It is possible to use this boarding pass completely paperless via a barcode (You can only obtain digital boarding passes from the airline).
Should you feel safer with paper!!!
We have created a section for you in your personal area with travel documents.
Here you will find:
Your flight plan to print out
Your E-Ticket to print out (note that it is not an official document)
Your insurance policy to print out
In any case, have your ticket number ready at the airport.
If there are any problems, the airline staff can always see your transportation contract with this number.
We wish you a pleasant trip!
