In most cases, the amount of the refund is as follows:
paid airfare per person
- ABC Travel ticket issuing fees per person (approx. 30 - 60 €)
- Airline cancellation fees (individual)
= Refunded travel price by the airline
- ABC Travel cancellation fees per person (€ 60)
- Credit card fees not EU cards (2%)
= Refund amount
Please keep in mind that this list is only a rough guideline and there can always be deviations. Tickets that cannot be cancelled are generally treated differently.
In the current situation there are airlines that do not charge cancellation fees, other airlines do not allow cancellation at all.
