From a legal perspective, we have arranged a contract of carriage with the airline, which means that the airline is your contractual partner. Accordingly, a rebooking / cancellation is possible directly via the airline.
However, our experience says that the airline sends 80% of all customers back to ABC Travel, although the legal situation says otherwise. The airline's workload is therefore much less if the contract partner is sent back to the agent.
Since it is not in our interest to push you back and forth between the chairs, you can always do your rebooking / cancellation via ABC Travel. However, we need your consent for this, as our agency contract has already been concluded with the sending of the travel documents.
